Registration and Hotel

When is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is 4 pm on your day of arrival and 12pm noon on your day of departure.

Are meals included in the price?

A special welcome cocktail reception on Thursday, a catered lunch on Friday, an unforgettable farewell dinner on Saturday and the final closing brunch on Sunday are included in the price. All other meals are on your own. There are a number of on-site dining options and other restaurants nearby.
