By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Purchase Options
We offer the following purchase options, depending on the retreat:

Full Payment – Pay the total retreat cost at the time of booking.

Deposit Payment – Secure your reservation with a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due by the date communicated via email.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment Deadlines

If you select a deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid by the stated due date.

Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of retreat planning and advance commitments with resorts and vendors, the following cancellation terms apply:

Deposits become non-refundable after the date specified at checkout

All payments become non-refundable after the final payment deadline

No refunds will be issued for:

Cancellations made after the non-refundable date

Early departures or missed retreat days

No-shows

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another married couple with prior written approval, subject to resort and retreat policies.
Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Us
If Catholic Couples Getaway cancels the retreat, your liability is limited to a refund of payments made directly to us. We are not responsible for airfare or other travel-related expenses.
Travel Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection/insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.
